The product is currently being used in multiple locations in the United States. A majority of the devices are installed in Pasadena, California.

Can the device work without the internet?

The device can continue to operate without internet connectivity. It will work as it did when it last had connectivity. However, it will not send a notification or user data to an administrator until the internet connection is restored.

What are your current maintenance agreements and warranties for PopEntry+?

There is currently a 1-year warranty.
